Welcome to the Little Green House Parents App. To help you familiarise yourself with the app quickly and easily, you will find an overview and an explanation of all the functions here in the Help Centre. However, should you have any problems using the app, please do not hesitate to contact the management of your day care centre. We hope you enjoy using the app.<\/p>\n

Information, dates, \u00a0invitations, daily activities and pictures can be found on the news feed.<\/p>\n

You can switch between your children by swiping their profile picture. The dots under the profile picture indicate which child you are currently seeing:<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

With this feature, parents can get an overview of their contract hours as well as change pickup person.<\/p>

  1. Tap \u201cContract hours\u201d<\/li>
  2. Choose child<\/li>
  3. Tap “woche 1”<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

  1. The overview of the contract hours is now being showed. By tapping on the name of the pickup person this can be changed.<\/li>
  2. Confirm on the checkmark<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

In the app, you can easily report if your child is affected by illness.<\/p>

  2. Choose child<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

  1. Enter the date until your child is presumably ill<\/li>
  2. Add symptoms and a comment if necessary (can also be left blank) and confirm on the checkmark<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

In the same function “illness” will you be able to end or prolong the illness by holding your finger on the illness report and then swipe a little to the left or by tapping on the children.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Messaging<\/span><\/i><\/div>

You can reach your child\/childrens teachers via messenger: In this function it\u2019s possible to write “private” messages and ask questions, etc.<\/p>

You are able to write a check-in message to the educators when for example you’re child is going home with another child from the institution, or is being picked up by their grandparents or siblings. Important: These messages must not contain personal information.<\/p>

With the function posts, is it possible to see for example posts from the kindergarten that has exceeded its “displayed to” date.<\/p>

When the institution takes pictures of your child \/ children, it will be possible to find these under the function gallery. Here you also have the opportunity to download the pictures to the gallery on your own phone<\/p>

  1. Here you can see all the pictures your child is tagged in. Click on the pictures you want to download<\/li>

With this function you are able to invite or receive invitations from other parents to schedule a playdate in your free time.<\/p>

  3. Tap the plus sign<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

  1. Enter the date and time and invite the child. Add comment (can also be left blank)<\/li>
  2. Confirm the invitation and then the parents of the invited child will now be able to accept the invitation under news feed<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

It is possible to find other parents’ contact information under the contacts function. In addition, it is possible to give permission to share your own contact information to other parents.<\/p>

  1. Here you see a list of the parents who have shared contact information<\/li>
  2. Tap the share icon to share your own contact information<\/li>
  3. You will then have the opportunity to share with parents from your childrens group or all of the institutions by tapping on Adress, Telefon privat etc<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

You can register that your child\/children will be away from the daycare for a certain period or individual days, for example due to holiday. This is registered via the function \u201cFerien\u201d<\/p>

  2. Tap “Vacation”<\/li>
  3. Choose child<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

  1. Enter first and last day of absence<\/li>
  2. Add a comment if necessary (can also be left blank)<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

In the same function \u201cVacation\u201d you can edit an existing vacation period by tapping or swiping on the vacation registration.<\/td>\"\"<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span>Permissions<\/span><\/i><\/div>

Standard permissions can be found under index card, but if the institution creates local permits, these must be filled out via the function permissions.<\/p>

  2. Tap “Permissions”<\/li>
  3. Choose child<\/li>
  4. Choose the permission by tapping on it<\/li><\/ol><\/td>

You can fill in the child’s index card under “Index card”. Once this has been completed, the institution will have the information available.<\/p>

You can fill in the child’s index card under “Index card”. Once this has been completed, the institution will have the information available.<\/p>
